They look good quality. Have been tested and cut well. On the packaging there are several safety warnings, in English and Chinese, of which two have particularly caught my attention: in one it says that it is a non-isolated tool and that it is used with the equipment turned off (What is the redness of the handle? ) and another that puts it in a "closed state" when it has no closure, the only way to keep it closed would be to put it back in its packaging or hold it closed with something.

Parecen de buena calidad. Se han probado y cortan bien. En el embalaje hay varias advertencias de seguridad, en inglés y chino, de las que dos me han llamado especialmente la atención: en una pone que es una herramienta no aislada y que se use con el equipo apagado (¿Y lo rojo del mango qué es?) y otra que pone que se almacene en "estado cerrado" cuando no lleva ningún cierre, la única forma de mantenerla cerrada sería meterla en su embalaje de nuevo o sujetarla cerrada con algo.
